According to the old maps, this villa is named as Villa Balboni and it is one of the first farms in the Chianti Classico region. The real estate includes a Villa, one small house, one guest house and a barn for storage of equipment. The park is surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. Chianti Classico . It is very easy to reach the complex. There is a state road, which leads to the villa throught the oak alley. Besides this way there are another two roads which the first road is paralleled to the via Faltignano from the north side and another are decorated with cypresses. The Villa is built in the shape of horseshoe and consists of several buildings. The main building has three floors: On the ground floor there are a kitchen with small pantry and laundry, a dining room, a living room, a hall, two rooms for library and a studio. On the first floor there are a hall, an owner's bedroom with a bathroom and two wardrobes, which are situated on the left side from the hall which connects the ground and the first floors, four bedrooms, three bathrooms on the right side from the staircase. On the attic floor there are two wardrobes, one bedroom, a bathroom and a dining room. The base floor is dedicated mainly to the wine production and degustation process and this floor is the most old part of the property. On the northern side of the building there is an two-level apartment with the external entrance, which is near the kitchen. On the ground floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. On the attic floor there are a kitchen, a living room with a dining room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and winding stairs which lead to the terrace with a marvelous view on the square of the famous Duomo in Florence. The most old part of the complex is situated in the small house and in the cellar which is on the basemant of the Villa. From the 15th to the 18th centuries the Villa was the property of the Bizzini, the mayor of San Casciano. After the death of the family the Villa went to the Marsilli, the family from Siena. And thanks to this family the villa was restored. The frescoes which are the main part of the interior are of those time age. In 1903, the villa was bought by the Florentine family Balboni, and since then it is known under this name.
