About Cape Coastal Homes - CCH
Christan graduated with a B.Comm degree from the University of Stellenbosch in 1978, and obtained full membership of the South African Institute of Professional Accountants in 1988. He also completed the academic curriculum of the MBA degree at Unisa. His financial management career spanned over 25 years in both the private and public sector before leaping into the property industry early in 2008. Christan is NQF 4 and NQF 5 qualified.
The last four years were indeed testing times, taking up a new profession in the lull of the economic downturn. With his fighting spirit every year of the last four has been better than the one before. “My personal objective for 2012 is to work hard and effective, and to use the CCH platform to climb the ladder of success.”
The excitement of working in the property industry is primarily not about chasing deals and making money. It is about building relationships with strangers, and winning the confidence of those who perceive buying/selling of property as an emotional minefield. It is also about protecting the integrity of clients bruised by economic pressures. It is about taking the hand of people in need fearing to lose the roof above their heads.
“At CCH I can combine my passion for property with my empathy for people. To me the biggest reward is finding a home and new happiness for a buyer, or releasing the bondages of property so that people can freely move forward. For this - and for you - I walk the extra mile “.
