All rooms are separate and lockable.
All prices include electricity, gas, water and Internet access – there is nothing more to pay!
We sign a rental contract for each room, so that you can claim housing benefits if you are eligible.
Each room is fully furnished, including television and bed linen.
All apartments have washing machines and dryers. All furniture is in new or as-new condition.
Communal areas are cleaned once a week.
No children.
No animals.
